    Default First Piece...

Well, after a good many sessions, I've finally finished my first piece of 'jewellery'. I'm very new to this and working from books: it's a *very* simple design and not at all perfect but I thought I'd put it up anyway, if anything so that I can look back at a later date and (hopefully) see an improvement!

It's made from copper, so I'll be green fingered for a while, and it's really just an excuse to practice piercing, soldering, drilling, finishing etc.

Handily, the OH very kindly managed to get hold of a pendant motor for me, which has made certain jobs a LOT easier, and I think my hands are less cramp-ful as a result!

Don't go knocking the simple designs...they are often the most effective! That looks really neat! It is obvious that you have got the hang of the piercing, soldering, drilling, finishing etc. So Well done you!!!

Now, onto the next project....! (I feel like an evil laugh should go in at the end here).
