    bad word for me - curb chains in general make me shudder. Visions of ID bracelets and sovereign rings I'm afraid.....

    Likewise George. I now tend to make the things myself, loading up each link before connecting it to the next, I like the way it looks better. I use 1mm wire and a 3.5mm mandrel (aka knitting needle).

    If I were to go back to using ready made, it would be belcher. I've tried the curb (because it was the cheapest) and it looked hideous!

    Anything that suit my style. Cable necklets would be fine and those belchers.

    I got my belcher 3 necklaces yesterday and they're lovely and the right weight - yippee! I've not wasted the belcher 4 ones though as I've split them in half and have made 12 bracelets out of them which looks great. Been really busy with that hence the lack of posting on here.
