Thank you very much for all your birthday wishes everyone!

Well it has been a good birthday!
I am in France with my two kiddies at the moment and they baked a cake for me with my mother!

My parent bought me some lovely stuff from a local ceramist.

My hubby forgot (as usual!) He promised he would make it up to me! The present usually is very good when he feels guilty though!

LOL...I was going to say that mine never gets the chance to forget as I usually drop BIG hints a few weeks before about what I would like (usually books). But if it works out that you get good presents if he forgets then that sounds like it works for you

Happy Belated Birthday Annelyse. It's my birthday today. And my kids baked some fairy cakes without any help (one is 11, other is 8), so I was quite impressed. They are icing them as we speak. Waiting, waiting, waiting for my coffee to go with them....
