    Smile Hello

    Hi all,

Im very new to jewellery making and cant wait to start!

I have ordered lots of stuff to keep me busy.

Im looking at beading and wire work and as soon as my beads arrive I have my first pair of earrings to make.

I get confused on the types of thread to use to be honest, is there a standard one that is waxed and dosent stretch which is a good one?

Any advise out there for a newbie is much appreciated

Hello Sharr and welcome to the forum.
You will find non stretch beading thread on Cooksons web site. Choose one that will pass through your beads comfortably Twice for the last bead, and stiffen the end with a little superglue.
Watch lots of you tube tutorials for instructions. Dennis.

    Hello Sharr.
If you are on FB there are also many beading specific pages you can join and ask questions. I’m sorry I can’t help much on this one
