    Seems to be happening today, eventually had a reply from Foredom USA--- "Hi Gordon,Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have any service centers outside our factory here in the US. If you provide information about what is happening with your Tumbler, we may be able to help troubleshoot via email. "
    That doesn't bode well for spare parts or service out of warranty. . .

    Jewellers in the U.K. have been using Foredom products for a long time and I don’t think I’ve seen any problems as mentioned.
