    Default Bangle Wire Length Calculation

I've seen a bunch of posts and I understand it's diameter plus thickness x pi, but my question is if I'm using inches and the wire is mm, does the measurement need to be converted into either mm or in for both those values? Thanks so much!

    A) It doesn't matter what units you use, so long as you stay consistent.
    B) Use mm, it's easier to work with

I thought this calculation only applies to rings Bob. Bangles are much more standard, scrawny (mine) standard, large and humungeous! Who knew wrists were so varied and differing in shape and size

Or you can skip the calculations, take the size with this, and mark it on a bangle mandrel. Dennis.

Yes, and the hand size seems to play a large part too!
