    Default Milbro inner cable replacement

Hi there im looking for anyone who knows how to replace the inner cable of the Milbro slip joint handpiece. On the cooksons website they specify that you have to un-solder the male end of the cable then feed it through and re-solder. Does anyone know what type of solder needs to be used?

Well, you obviously use a low temperature solder and a soldering iron. Keep well away from your workbench to avoid contamination of tools and precious metals.

Alternatively, you can contact Mills Brothers, who will do the whole thing for you and send it back good as new.

I’d opt for the latter option to be completely safe
