New Kiln Cracked on front face, Problem?

I have been watching youtube and decided to try some jewelry making again. I was not very good last time.
Seem to lack the skills and imagination of you guys. But I keep trying, well the wife says i am very TRYING.

Just bought a Prometheus Pro 7 and it arrived with a cracked front face just inside the door. Should I send
this back or is it not an issue? It's brand new and not used.
