I presume the sections are glued together ? ( if so very neatly done )What type of adhesive do you use for acrylics ?

Yes a few spots of Loctite Powerflex gel superglue, but it grabs instantly and is non re-positionable, so you have to be alert.
When laminating sheets for rings, Tensol 70, which is a liquid acrylic, and hardens overnight. Dennis.
