    Default Layered bangle

I have to make a bangle to match the ring in the photo. I want to apply the decorative layer of stem and leaves before shaping and soldering the bangle, but am not sure whether that will distort the decorative layer. Any advice, please?

No, that's actually how to do it Yvonne, but here are some random observations:

You will need a surprising amount of heat to solder leaves and stems onto silver sheet for a bangle, so use a large torch and easy solder. It would also be less demanding to make an open cuff rather than a closed bangle. Dennis.

Many thanks, Dennis. I did send the client designs for a cuff, but he wants a bangle to replace one his wife had to match his ring but which she lost. I realise there will be a lot of sweating over this one, but thanks for the tips. Wish me luck!
