    Default Plastic bits

Hello, I've just receive my òrder iñcluding syringes of solder paste. These came without the caps that go over the 'needle' which means the paste is very likely to dry out. Why is this please and do you intend this to be your policy in future? Also I noticed the plastic bags these came in no longer say on them that they are biodegradable whereas a bag of the same size I received a few weeks back was biodegradable. Is this simply one section of your establishment using old bags up or have you takes the regrettable decision to revert to non biodegradable plastic bags?

Well, TBF this used to be the area to contact Cooksons for customer service, but FB & email are more closely monitored than this is these days.

Ah thanks. I haven't been here for a while so was working on the older situation where here was a useful way to bring up points which may also affect others.

    I'll email them.

It’s been such a long time since they seem to have had any input that I’m not sure I knew this was a place for complaints.

I have had a couple of issues over the years and I always just email them direct, they have always been very happy to resolve any thing it must have been before my time that any complaints were handled here.
