Supplier needed please

I am hoping to make something like in the picture for a friend but in sterling ( silver jubilee present). Would like to add more details , personalization etc by hand tooling. If the sheet is affixed to a solid surface, that should make it durable right? I fill my copper embossing with epoxy once finished that prevents it from being pressed down when touched, can that work for sterling as well?
