Everyone should always congratulate themselves for good work. Because in life, not many other people will congratulate you.

I played tennis this morning, and I was playing really badly. But I did one brilliant shot, and whooped and leapt in the air to congratulate myself. Made everyone laugh!

I've got a bit obsessed with it because there are so many variations. I've made a few silver bracelets but I'm reduced to copper now. Mind you, they're pretty good to look at too. I've found that oxidising the silver makes it look really quite heavy and 'serious.'
