    Default cufflinks

    Hi - do you think customers prefer bars on cufflinks or chain links? I can appreciate the solid ones would easier to poke through a buttonhole - just wondered...

    Yes you're right, Theresa. The more solid the connection the easier they are to put on.
    Chains are easy to make from just jump rings, but can keep you fiddling for ages to get them on. A compromise is a jump ring on each button, connected to a curved piece of strip with a hole at each end.
    I do think bought in fittings make them look less like a personal gift. Dennis

    It depends what you put on the end of the chain to push through the button hole I suppose
