It has taken 8 years to get this lot, I think I will have to get a new shelf from car boot it is a bit overcrowded now.

    Default A work in progress

As promised, in my album you will find pics of my, yet unsullied, studio with the workman (actually my OH) still in residence.

bless yoyr hubby workin hard in there, dont think my hubby will be as good cos it ill take him away frim his fishing. I did ask him if he would fit some shelves in the built in wardrobe in kurts room (when its emptied) as its could take real stron shelving for my candles, but god knows if it will happen or not. So give him a big hug.

It looking real good in there.

Di, Do I spy your OH using a screw driver to hammer a nail in???? And I thought you said he wasn't adventurous!!

I hope you are really happy in your new little 'home' - I'm not sure if the colour scheme would boost my productivity or send me running screaming after a while!! But how lovely to have a whole room to yourself!! And with a radiator....and carpet!!

tis not as pink as it looks! Its sort of peppermint pink and green. As the rest of my home is a sort of beeswaxy sunny colour, it is a bit of a departure.

He never ever bangs in nails - regards that as wussy

The colour scheme was done for when the room was my office; when number one son came home it was supposed to be for a couple of months only so I wouldn't let him change it. I'm not sure if you can see it but there is a really kitsch ceiling light, bedecked with pink plastic roses - his conquests may well have looked at him a new light when they saw that

All hot work will be done downstairs in the garage (its integral so I won't have to brave the Devon rain) - that's the only downside of having a carpet!
