if anyone has got a tidy workshop/space then they are probably not very creative as they spend too much time tidying ha ha.

    Hmmmm, I wonder....

At the moment I don't have a dedicated workspace as my stepdaughter has moved in (no problem) and we have moved the rooms around and I lost my workroom. Waiting for a huge conservatory to be started that I can blag a corner of.

Well I tidied up the other day, so thought I'd take some photo's while the floor was still visible. I have two halves to my studio - this is my web design half:

Myke - Glad we could inspire you to makr room for new inspirations & creations....

Ominicci - Ever had a brilliant idea then forgot it before you could find your pen?? :p

Milomade - the plier holder is a neat idea - I use one of those bent plastic thingies
(got it from Cooksons) holds them all on the work top. Love your bright airy working space

Well becausae my worktop is so small I attached a piece of wire on the side to hang everything from. The work bench is from IKEA - it's a Bekvam kitchen trolley and was only about £30 - very sturdy and compact - good for me as I've got very little space.

Will probably change the whole layout of the studio one renovations on the house start as we're going to lay new flooring throughout the groud floor and put a wood burning stove in this room. So all the wallpaper will be coming off, all the skirting boards too, new electrics going in etc, so I'll have to use another room while all that's going on and then I'll have a blank canvas to work with, so hopefully will be able to get a nice big bit of solida wood and create a proper workbench. I can't wait - hoping to get it all done before winter.
