Default Moulds for gold and silver

Hi, my name is Tony from spain..
I have some scrap gold and silver at home, and would like to make a basic ring, and dog tags out of it.
I have never done anything like this before,so need some guidance.
    Questions ..
Can i use a butane blow torch to melt the metals. ?
And can i buy moulds ready made to pour in the gold / silver once it's melted to creat a basic ring or dog tags.
I think this might be an easy introduction into jewelry making.
Any advice on what i need for such a project will be greatly received.
    Thanks in advance.

No, even heat resistant silicone can only be heated to 300°C. Silver melts at around 800°C and must be heated further for pouring. Dennis.
