Default Moulds for gold and silver

Hi, my name is Tony from spain..
I have some scrap gold and silver at home, and would like to make a basic ring, and dog tags out of it.
I have never done anything like this before,so need some guidance.
    Questions ..
Can i use a butane blow torch to melt the metals. ?
And can i buy moulds ready made to pour in the gold / silver once it's melted to creat a basic ring or dog tags.
I think this might be an easy introduction into jewelry making.
Any advice on what i need for such a project will be greatly received.
    Thanks in advance.

No, even heat resistant silicone can only be heated to 300C. Silver melts at around 800C and must be heated further for pouring. Dennis.
