Working on something at the moment after some recent inspiration from a family day trip to Kew gardens, hopefully I can get it done in time Click image for larger version.

Well considering the recent test match and lazy summer days watching the local team, this seems appropriate. A key fob / cricket ball made for my sister's grandson who is cricket mad. My first comp entry but I like it and he loves it

Beautiful - though it might have been a bit painful for England fans today if the Ashes weren't already in the bag!

What surprised me about this test series was the huge swing in results between matches. One match Australia are annihilated and then it happens the other way round, weird.

??? You can see the size compared to my hand - it's about 3.5cm diam, made from 0.5 mm sterling. The oval cutout is etched using Ferric Nitrate and then deepened with a scorper before oxidising with LoS

The seam "stitching" was done with an old burr with head cut off and shaped like a little screwdriver blade, this was then used to tap the stitch marks.

Sorry Barry, the image has come up full screen size on my laptop and therefore difficult to be sure, could make a guess, but thought I'd ask and show an interest.
