I want to learn so much, and i want to know it all NOW!!!:p

I'll join in. Since the wedding the pounds have been creeping back on!
I'm 5ft 8inches and I weighed 14stone in the summer of 2008. I managed to lose over two stone in 18months time for the wedding in September.
I now have nothing to aim at and I'm finding it hard to stay focused. All my nice new thinner clothes are starting to get tight and I got rid of all my fat clothes!
For me, I feel I only need to re-lose about half a stone to a stone, but mainly I just want to try and keep the weight off that I did so well losing before.
It is VERY hard! Especially when it is Christmas time and it is cold
i am finding the cold a factor definately, having my shakes morning and evening really makes me cold, and i keep thinking of something nice and warming, but i get over it pretty quick.

I still want to lose about a stone - so I'm in (still in?). I'm trying for about 1lb a week, minimum!

I need to lose a lot more than one stone but I aim to do it in stones - hence that is my target for Feb.

Just a quick pop in....I'm off to do the dinner (fish) and back later on....
I'm so pleased that we are all helping each other and keeping motivated to lose the weight. This is the most difficult time of year to do it and if we can do it over Christmas, then after that will be a doddle! I'm hoping to get back on my exercise bike by Monday - but will be a doing a 4-5 mile walk tomorrow to get the papers, so that's a start. Soups for lunch and porridge for breaky.
How are you guys planning to cut down/lose weight then?

I'll take some if that's any help? Lost too much when ill and finding it difficult to put back on healthily. Its not good for your trousers to be falling down when you are teaching teenage boys!!
