    Well, as I suspected Cousins (Yes, I'm not afraid to say it) have been very unhelpful. The only very off-hand suggestion from them is to go onto their website and use the feedback button to suggest that they might think about getting this part in. No-one will get back to me and this feedback may be looked at by a senior manager. That's the last time I order from them.

    Oh what a shame that Cousins are being so unhelpful Carole. Have you had any help from Foredom direct?

    Cousins have now agreed to contact Foredom and try to get the parts, so hopefully it will have a happy ending after all.

    As Jules said why not email Foredom direct, I did about my quick release handpiece and I bought mine from Cousins initially. When Kwant was on the forum, he told me about changing the handpiece and then Foredom sent me a new one with the chuck type end which works fine. One very happy customer.
