I don't believe a word of it. There's obviously some misunderstanding. Lars and Ingrid have been brought up to be honest, law abiding citizens. They come from a close knit family. This is slander.

I really feel needled by this as I think they're being stitched up. Obviously someone's had the wool pulled over their eyes. I don't believe anyone's been fleeced by my children.

Good news everybody.

After a brief spell in detention, Ingrid is now safely back home having explained the misunderstanding regarding the bracelet which, apparently unbeknown to her, snagged on her woolly pointy hat as she nipped out for a sandwich.

She would like to apologise for all the upset she has caused and has promised to be more careful in the future.

Police are still on the lookout for 'Goldcuff' in connection with other misdemeanors.

All's well that ends well.
