    Okay, the hallmarking bit I get,....with regards to the trades descriptions regulations....presumably, so long as it is under hallmarking weight requirements and I describe it as what it is....fine silver chain/ sterling silver pendant....then that meets the trading standards regs too?? Is that correct??

    Tabby 66 - if it's underweight then you will not contravene the hallmarking act buy describing it as you've mentioned....
