Here's my entry for the theme of colour. I wanted a project to practice my wax carving and that would work in an exhibition for our local arts trail recently.
Cast in silver, tiny bits of tube soldered into the holes, then set with rubies, two colours of citrine and blue zircon, then gold plated detail to add more colour.
I was trying to recreate this neon sign in jewellery form - it turned into a pretty big necklace!

I forgot to enter for a few months I’ve been busy with my now 8 week old baby remembered to enter just in time this month! This is a fabulously colourful rainbow ring, each tube setting is filed and then they are soldered together, it takes a bit of tweaking to get the angles right! I’ve made 3 of these now, 2 in silver and 1 in white gold
The gemstones are:
Ruby, Yellow Sapphire, Pink Sapphire, Emerald, Amethyst, Orange Sapphire & Blue Sapphire
And here is my beautiful daughter because I love showing her off

Both the ring and the daughter are beautiful!
