Well end of week 10 and another 3lb gone so 33lb altogether now. Last week i forgot to report a loss of 2lb which officially took me out of the obese range and into the overweight range which i was pretty chuffed about, and now my BMI is only about 4 points away from the top end of the normal range (although that dont go down as fast as the pounds lol) But even so its still progressing well and i am feeling soooooo much better

I got into a money panic the other day about having to buy new clothes as I shrank that I would only wear for a few weeks. The I realised I have clothes in 4 different sizes and I should be fine, lol. Just need to organise them all!
