Finally received the demand for payment yesterday; paid it online and the package has arrived. I think there's been a goof on calculating the VAT as I've been charged VAT on a book that's part of the order.

I'll make absolutely sure everything I already had is duplicated in the master set, then I'll put a post up here.
I also bought the progressive set as it looked entertaining - and a GRS microblock for setting work. The benchmate is excellent, but the issue with it rotating out of the field of view under the scope makes for a fun time of constantly readjusting the scope arm.
