*Think* I'm getting closer to making a range that could be sent as masters for casting....

I LOVE it! wish I knew how you did it...
You could always start casting your own if you have the space. i jumped in at the deepend last march and bought all the casting equipment. Not looked back since, its so good to make something sell it and know you have a mold of it so you dont need to go and remake it from scratch.

Lynn it's a multiple layer PMC pendant - not that dissimilar a process to the one descibed on my PMC tips blog.
1) Roll out clay 1 to 1.5 mm thick, texture and cut out the pendant shape using a cutter.
2) Use a needle tool or smaller cutter, cut out a "window"
3) Allow to dry then tidy up the INNER edge of the cut out section.
4) Roll out a second piece of textured clay moisten, press the two together (then trim).
5) Add any central pieces to the moist clay...e.g a raven, heart or other pre-prepared & dry PMC shape
6) Wait until all is dry again then sand the edges smooth.
7) Add a jump ring hole or a PMC bail.
In this case PMC wrapped round a fine silver tube
8) Strengthen any joins with a little paste (if needed)
9) Fire & Finish
