Hello
Well Gemma you are lucky if it is going over your head, you must be young!!
Lots of you that have your photos as avatars seem much younger than the memories you quote, jewellery making must be good for us!!
Indulge me a bit more, adverts, PAL enriched with marrowbone jelly, Esso Blue (they asked me how I knew),Cadburys Flake sixpence worth of heaven, MASH (they boil them for 20 minutes and bash them over the head...) The DAZ doorstep challenge etc Oh and don't forget to put a tiger in your tank!!
Sorry Gemma!!
Does anyone remember the crocodile add where the woman says "I wonder if he's a good boy like you and cleans his teeth every night and every morning"?
Gosh I could have written lots of these posts. A particularly horrid memory is of a pair of purple hot pants, thankfully we didn't take as many photographs in those days. In 1975 as a fresher I went to an Andy Fairweather Low concert, wasn't a fan, just a free gig.
Otherwise I was a deprived child - no Barbie or Sindy, no space hopper, but I did have a spirograph, still got it! Mmm could spirograph shapes inspire jewellery?
Jane,
(although I quite like Sunny!)
oh I loved my spirograph! We also made spirograph pictures using nails and wire - do you remember those?

Oh yes, my OH and I made one of those pictures with silver thread. Years after we sent it to the charity shop I went to someone's house and there it was on their wall!
riding a wooly mamouth to work.....making animal bone necklaces....those were the days.....
You could afford a woolly mammoth? - we had to make do with the brontosauro-busriding a wooly mamouth to work.
