Both really lovely

LOL - I've used them too. Only once. After being estranged from my baby bro for 20 odd years, I made him a birthday card for his first birthday after our reunion. I used slides and old photos that I sepia toned and made a sort of booklet type thing of our memories.
It made him cry - so it worked

Nic and George those slide decos are brilliant! And Emerald your copper cards are fab!
I have made all my own Christmas cards since I left home at 19. This year I am NOT though, because I need all the time I can get to make stock for a Christmas stall in Chepstow this year (and my online shop which is still empty
). ALSO now that the Large stamps have come in for anything over 5mm thick it makes it even more expensive. I will still make special cards for my immediate family as ther are not many of them.
Handmade cards are so lovely to receive. My baby bro (who is 45 by the way) has been making his own cards since he was at school. Now his daughters do it too. They're rather special (the cards I meant but the girls are too).
