From past experience HSW are more expensive than a lot of other companies. I know it's tedious but it may be worth comparing prices with other companies.

I've made loads of cuffs, varying in size from 25mm wide to 40mm and use 0.70mm thick. Anticlastic shaping mostly. I have sometimes used other thicknesses up to 1mm.

I have already made the bezel setting which I thought would give the edges the best protection (the client likes it). Claws would be too harsh leaving the edges vulnerable to chipping.
