    I have now found the correct firing schedule for my prometheus pro 1 kiln.
    Place pieces on steel mesh and pre heat kiln to 500c
    Fire for 10 mins.
    Next fire in carbon at 770c for 3 hours.

    Yes I actually wondered that myself when buying it. It said on the website that it would look similar to silver but it's definitely more of a steel colour.
