Depends on the country of manufacture
It is safe if every thing is in good order as I explained above, to check if there is a tiny flame switch lights off in the area and you will see if it still has a flame, normally it will be just at...
Seems like it may have not extinguished leaving a tiny flame burning, faulty shut off valve on the handle, may just need cleaning, could just be loose fittings or my need a service kit, probably just...
Interesting I did not find that when I googled it, may a good case for the old fashioned Hide glue.
A question has been asked on the wood working forum that I am a member of, does PVA off gassing cause gold to corrode, member state that a jewellery box he made and stored 9ct gold rings in resulted...
Yep, that way you keep the heat low, I used easy on a large belt buckle, Brass back and Silver face (For my kilt) that was in 2019 it worked very well and is as solid as the day I made it.
As said above, plus be careful not to overheat the Brass it will bring Zinc to the surface and contaminated the join, causing it to fail.

I've heard that Boris intends to convert the UK back to imperial measurement, is he a roof short of a tile?
What the others said, i really like the one with the green stone.
Thanks for the Video, I think it is pretty much the standard method these days, only difference when I twist wire is I use a cordless drill
Sounds as though, you have your pressure set too high, if you are using gauges that came with a Oxy welding cutting kit, they are most likely not suitable they will not provide low enough pressure...
I have contacted Cookson by email and they said they would send me one, has not appeared yet but then I am in Australia and stuff from overseas is just taking forever at the moment, on Friday I...
Interesting I used double hook tongs on my draw bench there are time when I need to hold them closed I am thinking of coming up with a manual clamp and doing away with the tongs.
I see that yours is the single hook version, do you have the physically hold the tongs closed ?
I am also fortunate that I have no need to make a living from what I make. although in the days when I had to earn a crust I must have made thousands of cutting boards, because they sold quicker than...
