PMC Intro Cheshire / Greater Manchester

As you will see I am new to the forum but hoping for some help on finding an intro to PMC course in the North West, I live in Stockport so anywhere Cheshire / greater Manchester would be great?..

I do want a "just for fun" course - it's not something I have ever done before, just really fancied giving it a go!
