Cabouchon ruby with sizable chip

Hi,

Would anyone know the average cost a jeweller in the UK would charge to grind out and re-polish a cabochon ruby, sized approx. 4mm-5mm length.

Don't have any more info, and new to this.

You would be better to contact lapidary club, most jewellers do not cut their own stones ( some do ) there are a few on this forum hopefully one will pop their head up
