I'm tearing my hair out. I'm having a terrible time with argentium and easy argentium solder. First my fine silver bezel fused before the solder ever got to run. Now trying to solder my argentium posts to my argentium back the solder refuses to run. I tried mushing it around my post but the join just failed on me. Please rescue me!

Part of the issue was, me not using flux as I thought you didn't need to because the metal doesn't tarnish.
Actually Sheena you'll find that was the whole issue. Use borax or Auroflux and all will be well.
If you want to work without flux, it's platinum for you. Dennis.
Thanks Dennis, so the problem should be solved. I'm an idiot, it was really hard going without flux :rofl:
