Which micro motor / pendant motor

Hi all, I’m thinking of upgrading to a half decent Jewelers motor.
Currently using a guild motor.
Type of work I do...sandcast gold rings and recently getting into gemstone setting, so claw notching etc.
The two things that really annoy me are having to put something down to press the on button and changing the drill bits as I have to unscrew to take the drill bit out.
Also if it was quite this would be nice.
I’d be looking at spending around £150 or possibly £350 on finance.
I’ve tried a quick search for too ones of 2018/2019 but not come up with much.

Any tips much appreciated
