New Kiln Cracked on front face, Problem?

I have been watching youtube and decided to try some jewelry making again. I was not very good last time.
Seem to lack the skills and imagination of you guys. But I keep trying, well the wife says i am very TRYING. :)

Just bought a Prometheus Pro 7 and it arrived with a cracked front face just inside the door. Should I send
this back or is it not an issue? It's brand new and not used.

No it is an issue, eventually the section may come completely away, you did not pay for a broken unit, send them the photo they may say use it and if it fails at a later date they will fix it. However they should just replace or repair

They might be able to send a new part, but stand firm until it has been dealt with. Dennis.
