I don't always read instructions, so when I decided to change my password on Cookson's website, I included a symbol, which is not allowed.
Normally a warning should come up, but it did not, so I was unable to sign in again later.
Perhaps Dave could look at this and inset a warning 'password not acceptable' so that it does not frustrate others. Regards, Dennis.
