Silver scrap and order query.....

I sent a load of silver scrap to Cookies earlier this week along with an order for materials and a note to say please offset the scrap value to the order and to let me know if there was anything outstanding to pay. I received my order today, but there was no mention of my scrap value and if there was anything else to pay or be paid to me!? Last time I did this I had about £3 or £4 owing to me which was sent back with my order - can anyone shed any light on this for me??
