Excellent Service from Cookies

I bought a Cooksons rolling mill in june and have used it about 10 times. On Saturday the bottom roller shaft sheared off and on looking closely it was a fault in the cast steel shaft
Sent a picture and purchase details to Cooksons, new replacement part arrived by carrier today.
One working day to resolve and replace, cannot fault the speed and lack of any hassle.
Many thanks to Cookson sales dept. - shame that not all companies are as good.
