Any repair service for fixing Casting Machine?

Hello,

Is anyone aware of any companies that offer repair services for fixing casting machines?

I have a Heraeus CL-G 77, this was originally a dental casting machine but has been used for jewellery in recent years. The machine is turning on but only heating up to about 600c and not the 1000c range for casting. The machine is also no longer turning the flask/pouring element.

I know this is a long shot, but not finding much on google.

I had this machine a few years back. they are simple enough inside it may be a thermocouple causing the problem. Mine had a lever to turn for the flask is this the part thats broken ? the heating element went in mine i the end and it wasnt worth buying a new one.
