220v foredom set. No go?

Hi all. Seen a set cc30 but its 220v. Can I still use this with an adaptor. Looked into it but didnt understand any of it! Got the feeling its a no. Will go back and see if a fresh read will smooth my brain! But if anyone knows already would be grateful x

Foredom don't make a CC30. At a guess it's some cheap junk pretending to be made by Foredom.
