laser jet and water jet cutting

Hello, I am a jewellery maker and designer but due to my disability i am experiencing a lot of pain when sawing so am looking into getting my metal laser cut or water jet cut. With regards to laser cutting I experiencing problems finding a company that will cut precious metals and regarding water jet cutting i am having difficulty finding a company that has a micro jet water cutter which is apparently what is needed to cut small pieces.

Any advice or knowledge of companies that can do these jobs reliably and skillfully would be welcomed.
