Adding a signature and profile picture

Sorry folks for being a bit dim, but....................... how do I add a profile pic or signature to my profile?

I tried clicking on "my profile" but couldn't see what I might have to adjust.

Sorry Pauline - took me a while to remember how!

If you look towards the top of the page, you should see "Forum Actions" (just below Albums as rendered on my system); click on it & you'll get a drop-down list that amongst other things offers "Edit Profile". Once you're in there, there are other options on the left that include Edit Avatar, Edit Profile Picture etc.
