One swallow does not a summer make, but what about three?
Here's my entry, sneaking in at the eleventh hour. I haven't had much chance to work on jewellery for the last few months, but I really wanted to make this one. Inspired by Aristotle, the flight of swallows, Art Nouveau curves, and one bad pun (which I'll let you figure out for yourselves ;)).
Once I had the design worked out, this was rather fun to make. Although, like Keia, I had some interesting times soldering it with my little hand torch. The necklet wires aren't as wonky as they look in the pic - it was just difficult to get it arranged gracefully for the photo without a bust to put it on.
