Best mask 😷 recommendations?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend their favourite masks for preventing too much dust and fume inhalation? I've been using a 3M one like this, but rouge and other compounds are still getting in.

Also has anyone had issues with solder (I've been using solder paste recently) causing any kind of headaches? I've had a few issues since although my working area is as well ventilated as it can be.

How long have you been using it filters may be clogged, make sure they are fitted correctly, do you have an absolute seal to your face, cover the the filters tightly with the palm of you hands and breath in, if you can suck in air around the face seal then it is not sealing, otherwise I can't see why is not working.
