Hi from a newbie
Hi all! :~:
Just found this forum and am looking forward to learning from you all.
I learned to make tiaras and jewellery for my daughters wedding so that I could incorporate pearls from both her grandmothers'.
The bug bit me and now I have such a collection of tiaras, combs, cake jewellery etc that I have had to start selling some and have done a couple more weddings already.
I am currently learning to incorporate shells for a friends daughter who is getting married in July.
Its a great hobby for me as I am disabled and often ill so I can pick it up when I want and can work in bed!
Looking forward to exploring the forum.

Thank you for the kind welcome.
Having a bit of computer trouble as camera will not load photos so as soon as that is sorted I will post some photos. I also need to produce a leaflet for a bridal shop who will take some of my stuff ... should be challenging.

Hello from me too!
I used to make Wedding Stationery and the handmade tiaras I saw at the Wedding Fairs were amazing - from a little tiny 'wave' in a thin band to high 'crown' type affairs with sparkly dangly bits.

I like those wave type designs.
Im waiting impatiently for a variable chuck and some fine drill bits for my dremel at the moment ....come on postman!
