Copper Sheet & Wire Suppliers

Hi does anyone know where you buy the copper sheet and wire?? We had it supplied at college no idea where to buy it from.... thanks:confused:

wires.co.uk should be able to supply the wire, and I have bought some from Jewellery supply places in the US before.

As for sheet, I find electrical engineering places stock it, ages since I bought any though. Maybe have a google, or see if anyone else has a good source.

Can't really help with heavier gauges or sheet, as much of the copper I'm using at the moment was obtained,found etc.

For finer gauges of wire, many general jewellery supply places sell it and they're all much the same price - around £1.75 a reel - quantity depends on gauge - 0.6mm = 10m, 1mm = 4m etc:

Many places do copper coloured craft wire, which is no good if you want to solder, melt, hammer etc.

I just remembered that I've bought heavier gauges of copper and aluminium on eBay from a seller called Endless Green:
