Hi all

I've bought a couple of these over the past few years, but they have been cheap ones from Amazon and Ebay, so can anyone recommend a good diamond file in order to clean up cylindrical rubber burrs?
I was advised to use a diamond file, as the rubber burrs would clog up metal files.
Attaching an image to show you the type that pretty much fell to bits within a couple of weeks.

Thank you

Great. Thank you. I'll look for something like that in the UK.

I have had something like this for at least ten years. It works on grind stones and rubber, but you learn to press lightly for rubber, or it removes too much.

The advantage is that it is large enough not to get mislaid.
For more gentle action a cylinder shape diamond burr works well too. As rubber is ideal for cleaning up diamonds there is a mutual benefit.
