Morning, welcome to the forum. I am suffering at the moment, stupidly I packed all my tools up as we are moving house. The move got delayed as the property had to have a lot done to it (I let it out for 10 years, and even with regular inspections it was trashed. New kitchen, bathroom, ceilings had to be re-plastered downstairs due to water leak that we werent told about) anyway now we are definately moving in 2 days time. Yippee I can get my tools out again, and mine started as a hobby, until you realise you cant wear it all, and have to do something with it, so selling is the only way forward.
